Launch conditions
Donation collection is disabled until the beneficiary and its legal/fiscal eligibility, payment arrangements and donor notices are verified. Financial support does not confer diplomatic recognition, preferential accreditation, official patronage or editorial influence.
Beneficiary and purpose
Before a contribution is accepted, the legal beneficiary, purpose, any restricted-use conditions, accountability arrangements and tax treatment must be disclosed. Tax relief must never be promised without jurisdiction-specific verification.
Sponsorship and integrity
Commercial sponsorship requires clear deliverables, contracts and tax records. Appropriate partner due diligence, conflicts-of-interest, anti-bribery, sanctions and applicable AML checks must be assessed and documented.
Payments and refunds
Authorized payment providers should handle card details, rather than the portal. Refunds or reversals follow the contractual terms and mandatory laws applicable to the transaction.
