Tickets, events and accreditation

Before booking

Before checkout, the contracting organiser, event date/location, services, full price and taxes, payment method, cancellation and contact terms must be displayed. A product is offered only when expressly activated.

Paid tickets are issued after server-side payment confirmation, not simply following a browser redirect. QR tokens are unique and require access checks.

Accreditation

Claims to public office, diplomatic status, academic affiliation and press credentials are subject to human verification. A request is not an official invitation. Reasonable identity and security screening may apply; VIP and delegation information is access-restricted.

Withdrawal and refunds

The 14-day consumer withdrawal exception may apply to leisure services provided for a specified date or period under Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU and national implementation. Statutory remedies for cancellation or non-performance still apply.

Approved refunds, transfer and cancellation terms must be prominently available before payment. An unqualified blanket no-refunds clause is not appropriate.

Exhibitors and sponsors

Exhibition spaces, visibility packages and B2B/B2G meetings require separate commercial descriptions, eligibility, health and safety provisions, allocation rules and terms appropriate to the customer’s legal status.
