Independence and pluralism
The initiative seeks dialogue across institutions, cultures and religions without presenting itself as a government or supranational authority. Participation does not imply endorsement of a delegation’s political stance.
Anti-bribery and gifts
Improper payments, influence trading, disproportionate gifts and sponsorships designed to obtain public decisions or accreditation are prohibited. Conflicts of interest must be declared and documented.
Sanctions and diligence
Partnership and funding due diligence should consider applicable sanctions, ownership, reasonable integrity checks and purpose, without arbitrary discrimination.
Reporting
Potential violations can be reported to info@medconvergence.org. A dedicated protected whistleblowing channel must be separately established if legally required.
