Accounts and conduct
Users must provide accurate information, not misrepresent public office or institutional affiliation, protect credentials and refrain from spam, unauthorized access, infringement, harassment or unlawful content. Accounts may be restricted for substantiated reasons with proportionate review and complaint channels.
Content and marks
Original content and distinctive signs are legally protected. User-submitted material remains subject to applicable rights and reasonable moderation. The names and symbols of public authorities and diplomatic missions must not imply an endorsement without authorization.
Availability and disputes
Maintenance and security interruptions may occur. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability under applicable law. Contact info@medconvergence.org to raise a dispute; statutory jurisdiction and non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
