Practical commitment
The website aims to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, labelled forms, accessible contrast, meaningful alternatives and responsive reading. It does not claim WCAG compliance without automated and manual auditing.
Legal applicability
Italy’s Legislative Decree 82/2022 implements Directive (EU) 2019/882 for, among other services, e-commerce from 28 June 2025, with specific exemptions and transition provisions. The actual online ticketing model and entity characteristics require assessment.
Feedback and alternatives
Report barriers to info@medconvergence.org, identifying the page and the issue; avoid disclosing unnecessary health information. Reasonable accessible routes for participation and booking should be assessed.
Review status
Testing should cover WCAG 2.2 AA as a technical benchmark, keyboard and screen-reader use, modals, forms, PDFs, tables, language switching and Arabic RTL. A definitive statement follows documented tests and applicability review.
