Email dpo@medconvergence.org, specifying the right invoked and enough details to identify the request. Do not initially send an identity document unless specifically needed through a secure channel.
Rights and timeline
Rights include information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where available and withdrawal of consent. Automated decision safeguards apply where relevant. The controller normally responds within one month without undue delay, with lawful extension notified where applicable.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante (www.garanteprivacy.it) or another competent supervisory authority. Security, commercial and safeguarding matters may follow distinct channels.
DPO independence
